About Us
MASTERWORKS is a high end audio mastering and restoration facility based in the vibrant and creative atmosphere of Canalot Studios located off Ladbroke Grove in West London.
The building houses many small recording and video production studios and has the advantage of containing a lively restaurant and bar downstairs.
MASTERWORKS is a unique business insofar as it is based in an already existing high end audio mastering facility which we hire on a job to job basis. This means that we have smaller overheads than many mastering facilities which allows us to cut costs and in turn pass those savings on to you!
The studio is owned by Matthew Denny who has worked as a mastering engineer for over 15 years for EMI Publishing at Abbey Rd. The head engineer at MASTERWORKS is Milan Adamik who has learned his craft for over 13 years starting as a musician, gravitating towards recording, mixing and then mastering. The MASTERWORKS sound is achieved using a combination of classic analogue gear and top level digital mastering hardware/software. The studio has seen many artists through it's doors, a list of some of the past clients can be seen on the 'clients' page.
